A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated, sales-driven Retail Cluster Manager to join our Retail Management team in Adelaide, SA! This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, KPI performance, team capability, and operational excellence across multiple concession store locations within the VIC region. You will be store-based (base store in Tea Tree Plaza, Modbury) with regular travel required between sites. We value leaders who are commercially minded, people-focused, and able to drive consistent performance across multi-site operations. You will bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a multi-site or concessions retail environment Proven success in driving sales, KPI performance and profitability Strong leadership and people management capability Ability to develop, coach and motivate high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen and operational focus Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Retail or business qualifications desirable but not essential Key responsibilities Lead and manage up to 5 concession store locations Drive sales performance, conversion, UPT and KPI delivery Deliver wage control and labour productivity targets Oversee stock control processes including stocktakes and inventory accuracy Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and brand standards Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures across all sites Recruit, train, develop and retain strong store teams Build capability and performance across all concession locations Support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and commercial outcomes This is a senior leadership role suited to a driven retail professional who is passionate about multi-site management, concessions retail and delivering strong commercial results.
